This does not seem like a good idea

CNet has a video about a program called Smackbook Pro.

While the idea seems novel, I think that this will have many people a little disappointed when warranty services refuses to repair their laptops due to "obvious signs of abuse."

New concept laptop from MS and ASUS I would love to have

The newest ASUS SideShow capable laptop, with a removable SideShow device. I love the design, but we will have to wait for Vista before we see this lappy on the market.
